Note on Husband: Harry Percy ADAMS

He was an architect who specialised in the planning of hospitals. He built the King Edward VII Sanatorium at Midhurst and his firm, Adams, Holden & Pearson, were responsible for the Underground Railway offices at St James' Park. The sculptures on this imposing building, by Epstein, Eric Gill and other artists, created something of a sensation when they were disclosed in 1929. For this building the firm was awarded The RIBA London Architecture Medal for that year.

Note on Wife: Alice Mildred MATHIESON (1)

I was wondering if you had any more details on Harry and Alice. I do think there is a story here as it appears that Alice divorced her first husband to marry Harry. In the 1901 Census, they appear in St Pancras with their two sons, Harry R and Percy W. Harry was born in 1897 but I cannot find a matching birth record under Adams so I am not sure if he is the son of Harry Percy or Alice's first husband, James Mathieson (they divorced in 1897).

Note on Wife: Alice Mildred MATHIESON (2)

what is her maiden name? Mathieson is her first husband.
